Roy: I just... I just thought I was setting a good example.

Ed: Don't... don't look like that. You were, you ARE, it's me. It's always been me.

Roy: *rubs the bridge of his nose* I thought that if I showed you that men can keep things neat, that somehow you'd catch on. I guess it was wishful thinking, thinking somehow you'd have the slightest bit of admiration for my efforts.

Ed: I DO! I swear I do. Please, don't look at me like that. You know, it's just... well you're intimidating. You're so good at everything. I feel like maybe I won't be good enough.

Roy: *wounded eyes* That was never my intention. I've managed to fail you somehow. Maybe it was my own ego, getting in the way. Look, I'll take care of it. You're to amazing to feel like you're in anyones shadow.

Ed: Will you stop? I can't slit both wrists! One is metal!
