Monday.

My dog is getting fat.

Since we moved into the house my father has decided coming to check on my house is his new hobby. He's retired, you see. So he comes over while I'm at work to do things (I'm not sure what) and feed my dog. My dog loves my father. It doesn't matter how much food I give her in the mornings, when he shows up... she's starving. We don't pay attention to her, we don't feed her, only he can make it right. And my father, of course, is a sucker. So instead of two large cups and two dog cookies a day, she gets three large cups and god knows how many cookies a day.

She has him so bamboozled.

Our dog is the same when her "daddy" comes home. She acts like she's starved and neglected. The minute he walks in the door she drops on her back for a tummmy rub! He'll get on his knees and rub her while crooning silly nonsense at her. She loves it!

I must say I envy the spacious kitchen. I avoid my kitchen like it has cooties because it's so small.

On the dad note, that's part of the reason why I like living out of state. He's always poking around in my stuff when he's here. >.> I think he likes to pretend he's a handyman.

My dog is fat. I'm dreading the fact I have to take her to get shots soon. I'm always told that she's 4 pounds overweight (which I wouldn't be complaining about) and that I need to put her on a diet.

Yeah...explain that to the kid and my father who also feels that I'm starving and neglecting her. >.> She's such a spoiled brat it's not even funny.

*starry eyes at your kitchen* Yeah, I'm in a dorm room. My kitchen consists of a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (all of which are on different sides of the room). ^^;

Lol, my doggies are getting chubby too. My uncle has decided that they need to eat bacon every night (he's kinda drunk most the time, so you can't argue with him).
