It's Monday, if you are at work, sucks, if you have off for the holiday, congrats! I have off, but I'm packing, so it's kinda like I'd rather be at work. =/

Eh, work is all good. Today for 5 hours, and tomorrow too. But TOMORROW is time and a half. :D

Oh, and whee, I get to play "Stars and Stripes Forever" tonight on my piccolo for a town band concert. (SO hokey it hurts, being in the town band, but I love it!)

Ugh..I hate moving. So I feel your pain. I just recently helped my friend move..and it basically went like this:

"Damn Kendra..why did you pack these boxes so heavy if you can't lift them?"
"Uh...cause I knew you could?"
>.> "And what's with all these shoes? Two big boxes of shoes! I've known you almost a year and I've seen you only wear maybe 3 or 4 pairs...what did they do mate in your closet??"

I had work, but it went really well. I did my billing, while all the other teachers were in a staff meeting all morning/early afternoon. So I was left all to my lonesome self. =) It was nice. Left a little early, came home, washed dishes, and now I'm fixing to head to my parents to spend the 4th with them. (And...to get Lily.)

I also made plans to have a cookout with my ex....so we shall see how that goes.

Ick, good luck packing and moving.
I hope the roads will be ok, just today returning from shooting we saw atlest 3 highways shut down from accidents, the back up went on for a few miles too. Luckly we were on the road above it going to opposite way.

All my family had off today so we went shooting, now I smell of gun powder because I'm waiting to use the shower.
I smell of gun powder and I have burnt gun powder all on my arms and face...stupid dirty-not-cleaned-in-ages rental gun.
But for deciding I like the rental I get a new gun as soon as we can afford it now. ^^ Yay, .12 guage, though I think my .20 will get jealous.

Bah, lucky you for having off! I had to work...but at least I have tomorrow off, and it's a paid holiday! There is much rejoicing.
