2) Is your character considered normal in his/her own world? Yes, pretty much, other than being gay.
3) What would be his/her most recognizable feature(s)? His sense of style.
4) Would you consider your OC as attractive? He's good looking for his age, has all his hair and teeth XD

1) Temper: Not a lot.
2) Does your character ever get depressed? I imagine he would occasinally.

4) What is the main aspect of his/her personality? Witty, charming, thoughtful

1) Does your OC have a family of any sort? Yes, he has a younger brother and niece.

3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events? Nothing majorly traumatizing, just some prejudice.
4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far? Time spent post-military in the Amestrisian equavilent of the Caribean

The Final Question:
What would you consider your relationship with your character to be like? He would be a friend I'd see every lazy sunday for bloody marys on the patio at some small, yet elegant cafe.
