Some shrimp, either those teeny tiny ones or some chopped up big ones, already cooked Mayonaisse Cocktail Sauce Olive Oil Lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Super easy! This is one of those 'eyeball recipes', I don't ever use exact measurements but this is pretty much how it goes:
I put about a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a 1/2 of mayo in the bowl. I squeeze about half a lemon over it, then I put in maybe half a jar of cocktail sauce, a handful of shrimp and a little salt and pepper. Then I get my whisk and as I whisk I pour in olive oil. You do this until you get the consistency you like, stopping to taste it to see if you need more cocktail or mayo, salt, pepper whatever!
