You know you work for a family run business when you're interrupted at your desk to make a beer run. Yes a beer run. The only advantage to this job is hanging out on Friday afternoons at my desk drinking beer. Fortunately the family patriarch drinks the same brand as I do, and the son who is also the CEO has a fridge in his office dedicated to beer. That's right nothing but beer, 24/7.
