OH MAN. We have similar problems with the London branch of Parcelforce (the Royal Mail's courier service). Specifically, Parcelforce has a really high employee turnover in London, and tends to be staffed by people who hate their job, are about to quit, and couldn't give a shit about your stupid parcel.
