Because it just popped into my head when I saw this picture, I shall tell you something of no real importance.
Anime Evolution, the only anime convention in Vancouver, BC, is happening in a few weeks and I am working at it. This year staff decided that all Attendees could choose what to have on their badges. Since I am working as Attendee Serves/OPS, my boss decided that, since we are a "team", we should all have the same thing on our badges.
Thus, Roy Mustang, and all his glory, will be our badge mascot. RESPECT OUR AUTHORITY!
